Partner Institutions in the Chinese
Speaking World
OSU supports linkages with institutions in the Chinese-speaking world in a variety of ways. In 2004-05, the Office of International Affairs (OIA) provided $120,000 in faculty grants to establish linkages worldwide, 4 of which were allocated to building cooperation with Chinese institutions. Currently, OSU officially entertains active partnerships with 28 institutions (universities, research organs, government bodies) in the Chinese-speaking world, with at least an additional 9 relationships currently under negotiation.
The institutions listed below are those that have official Memoranda of Agreements (MOAs) signed with OSU, have agreements for student or faculty exchange, or are currently pending negotiation. There are many other institutions within the Chinese-speaking world that share ties with OSU via faculty, departmental, or informal linkages.
